My values guide my actions and decisions, helping me to live a fulfilling and meaningful life that's true to who I am and what I believe in
Having personal values is like having a trusty compass that guides me through all the ups and downs of life. It’s the things I believe in that shape how I act and make decisions, and it gives my life a sense of purpose and meaning. Even when things get tough, my values give me the clarity and confidence I need to stay true to myself.
If you’re feeling like something’s missing in your life, I’d say take a little time to think about what matters most to you. What are the things you stand for? By figuring out your values and sticking to them, your life can become so much more fulfilling and meaningful.
By sharing my values with you, I hope it encourages you to do the same and to live a life that aligns with your own beliefs and principles. It’s a powerful thing to be true to yourself.
Action coupled with recognition. Do something that is “hard”. Get good at it.
Always be learning. The world is amazing, and there’s so much left to learn. Find not just things that work, but why they work. Dig deeper than the surface.
Don’t be deterred from your goals. Set your sights and keep trying. You will succeed if you don’t quit.
Speak plainly and speak the truth. Expect others to do the same for you.
Have a soul-deep belief in the benefit my work is having in the world. Meaningful work should be long-lasting and have a large impact.
Believe that tomorrow will be better than today and that your goals are within reach if you take action to achieve them.
Treat yourself and others with dignity and regard. Accept and appreciate yourself regardless of what others think. Recognize the value in others and express that value through words or actions.
